Two Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi opened his first Hibiscus restaurant in 2000 in Ludlow, before relocating to Maddox Street in London in 2007. Trained
by Alain Passard and Alain Ducasse amongst others, Bosi is recognised as a true innovator, both within London and globally.
