Two Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi opened his first Hibiscus restaurant in 2000 in Ludlow, before relocating to Maddox Street in London in 2007. TrainedHibiscus - relocated from the sticks to the West End and has continued to impress diners and critics alike. by Alain Passard and Alain Ducasse amongst others, Bosi is recognised as a true innovator, both within London and globally. With its sophisticated décor and glamorous atmosphere, Hibiscus has experienced no difficulty in fitting into the Capital’s restaurant scene, and is ideal for both swift working-lunchers and leisurely diners.
