The Boxwood Cafe was opened by Gordon Ramsay and Stuart Gillies in 2003, Gordon soon afterwards offered Stuart the reins to this innovative restaurant concept located in the Berkeley hotel, Knightsbridge.The Boxwood Cafe: located in the Berkeley Hotel, it offers a sophisticated take on 'cafe' dishes.
Prior to this, working as Head Chef alongside the acclaimed Angela Hartnett, Stuart transcended old classic French dishes into modern Italian at The Connaught.


Located in the Berkeley Hotel in Mayfair (alongside Marcus Wareing), main courses for the set lunch at The Boxwood Cafe include: Rotolo of ricotta and artichoke with cherry tomato dressing , Shellfish risotto or Chicken milanese  at a very reasonable price (2 courses without wine - £18)

Book 1-2 weeks in advance as like Ramsay’s other restaurants, they fill up fast.
